Our History
Southeast Services was established in Tampa, Florida in 1977. Today the company serves commercial clients in twelve counties throughout west central Florida and is the preferred commercial housekeeper for some of Florida's finest firms. Staff members have earned professional credentials, such as the Registered Building Service Manager certification through their membership in the Building Service Contractors Association International and other professional organizations.
